Texas Psychologist Punished in Death Penalty Cases commet

After reading Texas Psychologist Punished in Death Penalty Cases from United State of Texas, I agree with Ashley. Playing with people lives and all he got was a $5,000 fine and to agreed not to do it again. Even if they are mental, he should have been punish more rather than a fine and an agreement. An agreement isn't much since he could turn back on his words and continue with whatever he was doing. The people who did the ruling need to be replace because playing with people lives is no joke. 

Inside Intelligence: The Security of State Data Is...

An article on Texas Tribune by Ross Ramsey called, “Inside Intelligence: The Security of State Data Is...,” stated that there was a data breach from the comptroller’s office. 3.5 million names were left unprotected for a year. The people that were affected are from the teacher and employee retirement systems and from the Texas Workforce Commission.

81% says that the state should bear whatever costs the people incur as a result of identity theft. I agree with those 81%. A year is a long time when it comes to identity theft. I understand that it was a mistake on their part, but comeon, it shouldn’t have taken them a year to notice it. The state should pay the expenses to whoever that had their id stolen, just like how if it were to happen to a company, then that company have to pay for the costs.

This should have a big impact on Susan Combs political future since identity theft is no joke, but knowing the people that are going to vote, this will just be another problem among other problem that they are going to forget when election time comes. The reason I say that is because it happens in the past with other politicians, maybe not similar issues, but had some issues nonetheless and they get reelected.
